연구실 소개

  본 연구실은 해양생태계에서 이차생산자로서 주요한 역할을 하고 있는 동물플랑크톤 다양성 연구를 위해 형태 및 분자생물학적 기법을 사용한다. 특히 2017년부터 해양동물플랑크톤 등록기탁기관(해양수산부)으로 지정되어 우리나라의 동물플랑크톤 종보존, 기후온난화에 따른 산성화가 동물플랑크톤 군집구조에 미치는 영향 및 대량배양에 대해 연구하고 있다.  또한 2019년부터 향후 7년간 해양수산부로부터 69억의 연구 교육비를 지원받아 ICT 기반 수산자원관리 전문인력양성의 중추적인 역할을 수행할 것이다. 

  따라서 본 연구실은 위의 연구를 수행할 의욕적이고 진취적인 학생들의 참여를 기다리고 있으며, 대학원 진학의 경우 등록금과 생활비를 지원할 계획이다.
